Action Taekwondo Latham offers evening Taekwondo classes at Latham Primary School for children aged 5–11 and adults/teens aged 12+. Taught by two qualified black-belt instructors. Quarterly gradings. Free trial class available for all programs.

We have three children (11, 14, 16) learning Taekwondo in this centre with Instructor Steve, and couldn't be happier. The training has shown them self defence strategies as expected, but has also taught them discipline, trust in themselves, and given them pride in their hard work. Steve is a great instructor and influence on the kids.
This is a great sport that helps build confidence and discipline. Steven is a fantastic instructor who keeps the children engaged and wanting to keel learning new techniques.
