Adelaide Hydrotherapy

After more than two years using this hydrotherapy pool, I can honestly say it’s fantastic. The staff are genuinely warm and welcoming, the instructors are knowledgeable and make every session enjoyable, and the pool and facilities are always spotless. The water is consistently warm and perfect for hydrotherapy. Such a well-run, supportive place — highly recommend.

We have recently started the aqua bubs swim classes with Vanessa at the beautiful new hydrotherapy pool. From the moment you walk through the doors, you know that you’re going to love it here. Firstly the staff are amazing. Carol at the front desk always greets you with a big smile and you instantly feel welcome! The venue is top class with automatic swipes to get into the pool area. It’s so clean and also peaceful. My 9 month old Oliver absolutely loves the classes. Vanessa is such a lovely, caring, fun and patient teacher. We absolutely love our weekly lessons at Adelaide Hydrotherapy, if you are looking to start swimming lesson for your child, I can’t recommend the pool and the team at Adelaide Hydrotherapy enough!! I’ve been coming to Adelaide Hydro for a few months now and I’ve had nothing but a positive experience. I’ve been doing hydrotherapy with Robyn and she’s absolutely amazing! She’s so supportive, empathetic and understanding. She’s helped me push myself but never let me exceed my limits and allows me to have so much choice in my sessions. I highly recommend Robyn. The reception staff are absolutely amazing, especially Erinne she never fails to make me smile. All the pool staff are always so smiley and friendly too. Such a great atmosphere and I’ll continue to speak highly of Adelaide Hydrotherapy. Thank you everyone!❤️

So pleased to have found this excellent facility. Rob and the team, Erin especially, are friendly, welcoming & very empathetic. My husband experienced a severe stroke a couple of years ago and is showing some positive outcomes as a result of his time spent at the pool which is a gloriously constant 34 degrees. My Mum & friends enjoy Jodie’s bubbly personality whilst exercising in her aqua fit classes and the swimming instructors are fantastic with the children learning to swim. The facility employs a Physio & Exercise physiologist which is great for anyone requiring strength conditioning or hydro rehabilitation. Highly recommend this facility to anyone with a disability & who enjoys exercising to upbeat background music
