My kids swimming have improved dramatically since attending Anna Brown's swim school. It's a wonderful calm environment and the teachers have all been great with delivering clear instructions whilst making it fun. My kids look forward to attending Anna's classes every week!

My daughter attends Anna Brown for preschool level Swim classes. It is a lovely Swim School with small classes of only a few children at w time, and only one lesson at a time, running in a purpose-built pool. Meaning it is calm, quiet and low stimulating environment. A relief compared to other lessons we have tried. Anna is very attentive and the focus of the lessons is around teaching the children to swim using strong arms as a focus, which makes a lot of sense the way Anna explains it, I would highly recommend the swim school. Also easy parking.

My daughter has been learning to swim here for a few years. There are four kids in a class sharing the entire pool at Anna Brown’s and up to six kids sharing an entire 25m lane, swimming in a row, at Strathcona (Sunday classes) — much more swimming compared to many other swimming schools where a few kids share a quarter of a lane. The water is warm, too. I also like the graceful arm movement. Coaches are patient. Anna quality-controls herself from time to time, to ensure kids are taught at the right level.

I found Anna Brown Swim School when my 6-year-old daughter couldn’t swim without a swimming aid. The small classes meant she received the individual attention she needed to build confidence in the water. In a short time, she was swimming independently without an aid. The supportive, focused teaching made a real difference. I highly recommend Anna Brown Swim School.

Anna Brown Swim School is a hidden gem. It is a quiet and calm environment for kids to listen and learn how to swim. I found swimming lessons at big multi-purpose pools to be very noisy, chaotic and stressful - and my kids were very easily distracted. Anna Brown turned the one of the most stressful times of our week into one of the most relaxing. All the teachers are great - and have the same calm approach. Highly recommend.
