This place isn't the most modern or well equipped aquatic and leisure centre around but there are 2 things that make it 5 stars in my book. 1. The staff, they are friendly, knowledgeable, welcoming and caring. 2. The community, there is always someone to have a chat with and just like the staff everyone (for the most part) is welcoming and friendly.

I train here since 3 month. The gym is packed and tidy clean every single time I’m there. Staff are friendly and helpful and customers are always nice and no fussy people. The pool area is good and water is clean. I just hope they put some sun tanning chairs for lazy people like me :) the pool is undergoing renovation so it should be good. I like it here and happy to go back to exercising after years.

We had a great day here as a family. Only $6 per person for unlimited waterslides, and we didn’t have to line up for long. There’s such a good variety of indoor and outdoor pools, so it really caters for all ages. The spa and sauna were a great bonus, and the splash park was perfect for the toddlers. Clean facilities, well organised and amazing value for money. Highly recommend for families and we’ll definitely be back.

My child has been taking swimming lessons here for about six months now. During that time, we’ve experienced several instructors, including makeup classes, and among them, Tanin has been the best by far 👍 Some other instructors, however, seem to simply watch the children rather than actively teaching, and appear to lack passion for instruction — something to be mindful of. Overall, the facilities are fairly satisfactory, but the cleanliness is consistently a bit disappointing.

So disappointed with one of the receptionists who is a young man, I was standing at the reception between 10:31-35, my kids were excited to get Splash and Win stamp, but the young man said he doesn’t know where the stamp is then no response and didn’t ask the other staff either, my kids looked at the man but no further action or words, I was extremely disappointed with the man’s attitude, I said that’s ridiculous, cos is the last stamp on the brochure, then the man went to find it reluctantly, got the stamp but the man looked like we were making trouble on him, no any explanation. I truly understand that the receptionist changes over time, but every time I went Aquarena with my kids were happy, except today! Even though some new staff don’t know how to figure out, they want to learn or ask the other staff who knows, like last time I wanted to pay for swimming lessons, the receptionist didn’t know how to check it out, she was learning with good attitude, but today’s experience was bad, activity organised by Aquarena itself but one of the staff don’t know, don’t take the duty to figure it out and put on a band face!
