Yevette is an amazing instructor. I was nervous regarding my first swimming lesson, but she was very supportive. Will definitely recommend.

Aquatots has been an amazing place for both me and my newborn to learn how to swim. The staff are incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what they do. A special mention to Yvette—her patience, encouragement, and understanding have made a huge difference in empowering me to step out of my comfort zone and genuinely enjoy learning. Highly recommend Aquatots to anyone looking for a positive and welcoming swim school!

We’ve been with Aquatoss for a few years with our kids, and after trying different centers, this one is by far the best. Currently, my little girl, Victoria, has a teacher she absolutely loves—his name is Bruno. She always wants to be in his class and constantly asks when she gets to swim with him again. We truly appreciate the amazing service he provides and hope he stays there forever!

The swim school itself is absolutely brilliant, i have nothing negative to say there. Trying to contact Forde Aquatots however, is an absolute nightmare. On numerous occasions ive had the same experience. The phone line just rings and rings and no one gets back to you. Very dissapointed.

After three months of communication, a formal assessment confirmed my child was at Shark level, yet she was placed into Dolphin level program. Centre management insisted the program was suitable, but when we went there it was clearly for children 4–5 years younger and at a lower skill level. This placement did not align with her age or assessed ability. The advice given throughout the process from multiple staff was inconsistent, causing confusion and unnecessary stress. Despite raising our concerns multiple times, no accountability was taken. We ended up with two terms of credits that cannot be used due to a lack of suitable programs and cannot be refunded, even though the original break and credits were for medical reasons with all documentation provided and acknowledged. Overall, this was a frustrating experience, and refunds are simply not possible, no matter the situation or how unsuitable the program may be, so please be careful before paying.
