Arakan Martial Art Melbourne Self Defence

I looked into aikido & kung fu amongst others, but I'm really glad I've chosen Arakan Martial Art, I've been doing Arakan for 3 years with Sean as my instructor and highly recommend you try it out. It's a great way to get out of your head and feel a lot more confident about what your body is capable of. All trainers do this every day and are clearly passionate about what they do. The student and trainer mix is very diverse, which makes the atmosphere incredibly supportive yet nice and challenging. I recommend coming to a free bring a friend day or an intro class, you'll get some practical skills and begin to rethink what you believe about fighting from day one.

Amazing club, i have been lucky enough to train with scott, jordan and keegan, in melbourne. I have had breif interactions with the other teechers and it has been great. Really proffesional, intence training, highly recomemded, great comunity. No better way to spend the time. Thankyou.

Great for self-defence, fitness, and confidence. Also a very cool martial arts style. Has been life changing for me, can highly recommend Sean Milsom.

Absolutely love going to my sessions with Chris his so nice and easy going and caring and is teaching me so much already only after 5 sessions and I’m glad I chose these guys cos I’m feeling so much better within myself and more stronger in protecting myself! Thanks so much guys 😁😃
