My son walked in nervous and walked out confident! Such a fun class! My son is 11 and he went for his free trial class ( he is now enrolled ) because he had such a fun time. The coaches were so friendly and really helped him feel comfortable & supported in understanding the prompts and games. I highly recommend the AAA team! :)

My daughter has been with Australian Acting Academy for a few years now and absolutely loves it. Going to her Acting Extension class on Thursdays is the highlight of her week. She has so much confidence now speaking in public and performing on stage. The team at AAA are super supportive and encouraging, and passionate about their students. AAA has a family feel to it driven by Brendan (founder) and his commitment to the Arts and creative expression. We have tried a few different companies closer to home offering acting and theatre classes however the 30 minute drive each way is worth it. I highly recommend Australian Acting Academy if you have a child that has a passion for acting and theatre.

AAA is amazing! We have been a part of this community for 3+ years now and the changes in my daughters confidence is immeasurable. We started with AAA to bring my daughter out of her shell, and nearly 4 years on, she has really come into her own, and the people at AAA have had a large part to play in that. The coaches and other kids here are always supportive and they really create a safe space for kids to explore the arts while becoming part of a great community. Oh and the camps are awesome! Thanks to everyone at AAA, highly highly highly recommend!

If you are thinking about sending your child here, do not hesitate anymore. My daughter has gone from not wanting to come out of her bedroom to performing on stage and going off to drama school in the city next year. None of this would have happened if I hadn’t convinced her to go here. Every person involved at AAA is kind, caring and excellent at what they do. Brendan the director, is an incredible human being, inspirational, kind and compassionate. This isn’t run like a business, it comes from the love of helping kids to grow and find themselves through acting. I can’t recommend AAA enough. Thank you for everything you have done for Daisy.

I recently joined AAA and, during the trial class, I felt like I learned quite a lot. However, after that, the classes became very repetitive and did not provide much practical acting experience. Many sessions consisted of playing games such as "What's the Time, Mr Wolf?" and "Red Light, Green Light." While these activities may be enjoyable, I did not feel that they helped develop many acting skills. For many students, the classes seemed more like a social group than a serious acting program. I was also disappointed that there was a 10-minute break during a relatively short class, especially considering the cost. Classes often started late, and the overall environment did not feel professional or focused. This review is about the teenage program, not the children's classes. If you are looking to seriously pursue acting and develop industry-relevant skills, this may not be the right place for you. Based on my experience, I do not feel the program provided good value for money.
