My children have been attending this AMS since they were 3 and years old. We love it. The teachers are patient, knowledgeable, and the school has an excellent program of concerts, exams, eisteddfods and camps. The atmosphere is welcoming and supportive and traditions are strong at the school with classes progressing levels together. I highly recommend AMS for learning piano, singing and music theory.

After trying a couple of other music schools, my daughters ended up at AMS, and I’m so glad they did. They are gaining an excellent foundation in music theory, proper piano technique, pitch, and rhythm. As well as piano, the classes incorporate percussion, singing, and other instruments in a group setting. The teachers are nothing short of excellent. I have sat in class with my daughter for two years, so I can say for certain that her teacher is straightforward but kind, strict but fair. I’ve enjoyed watching my kids become pianists so much that I now take their adult classes too.

My kids have been with AMS for five years now - my older one started in Year 1 and my younger child started in preschool. The program is fabulous. I'm not sure where they manage to find such a pool of amazing teachers! They have never-ending kindness and patience with the kids matched with a genuine teaching ability - as well as being outstanding musicians. The classes are fun and varied so the kids aren't sitting doing any one task for long enough to get bored, and the annual concert is a real treat. We love AMS!

My three daughters attended AMS from the age of three years old and I could not speak more highly of the music education that they received during that time. It is such a unique program that encourages a diverse range of music learning that sets children up for an incredible base for love of music and music appreciation. We are incredibly grateful to have been part of this wonderful organisation of teachers and mentors.
