My girls have and I have been a part of the Avant family for 16 years. I say family because that is how welcoming, nurturing and inclusive this studio is. I danced at Avant Ballet Studio for over 23 years, beginning when I was 3. Avant is a second family. The community is wonderful to be a part of and each child, no matter their ability is given the opportunity and encouragement to achieve their own personal dance goals. Concert time is always a highlight of the year and the effort put in by Robbyn and the teaching staff shows how important the student experience is for them. Avant is not just a dance school, it is a safe and supportive community of wonderful people. I wouldn't be who I am without my many years spent with Avant. The life lessons I learnt and the ability to express myself through movement is something I have taken with me throughout my schooling years and into my career. Dance has taught me self discipline, perservence, self belief and self expression. I can not say enough good things about Robbyn and the family she has created at Avant. If you are looking to enrol your child/children at a dance studio, Avant should be first on your list.

Avant Ballet studio offers fantastic dance training in a caring and supportive environment. Students have fun while learning a range of dance styles and best of all make long lasting friendships to treasure. Went on a trial this Saturday for my 2 girls, the teachers were lovely, families were so kind and the girls loved it. The tinies is a stand out from other dance studios as I could be involved, it was entertaining for the little one, kind with a splash of silly. Looking forward to starting at Avant.
