Jo is an incredible instructor and really helped my daughter with her confidence in the pool, really helping to bridge the gap between knowing how to swim but being put off by deeper water. After 2-3 lessons the difference was huge and she was happier to ditch her floatations knowing that she could in fact, swim! The lessons are well structured with small groups of 3 or 4 and all taking turns, progressing each week and I was always impressed to witness how Jo and her team maintained calm learning for the children during such an exciting time! 💦

Jo is an amazing teacher, both my sons learned to swim easily with her teaching. My eldest has autism and she helped him so well take to the water like a duck. Highly recommended.

I am so thrilled with the progress my 3 year old daughter has made in a mere 3 weeks with Bigfish Littlefish. She is well on her way to being a confident swimmer. Jo has a lovely easy way about her which the kids respond really well to, and is clearly the result of many years experience teaching little people how to swim. She's very hands on and never stops talking to the kids and encouraging them. There's clearly a very effective teaching system underpinning all the fun because the progress my little one has made is incredible. Obviously I have no hesitation recommending Bigfish Littlefish. Best Swim School in Brisbane. My daughters have been swimming with Jo from BigFish LittleFish for 5 years now and they have gained so much confidence in the water from the programs. Jo is so patient and kind and clearly loves what she does, it shows in her dedication to the kids. Absolutely fantastic!! I could not recommend enough. Jo really connects and listens to her students. My boy was so scared to swim, we had taken him to multiple swim schools with no success. With Jo she built trust and enabled him to overcome his fear and now is like a fish and is upset when we leave. My youngest has also done extremely well because of Jo.
