BK's Gymnastics at Bayside

My daughter and son have been attending BK Gymnastics for almost two years now and they both absolutely adore their classes. We’ve seen such a huge boost in their confidence, and they’ve developed so many amazing skills during their time there. The coaches are incredibly friendly and nurturing, while still being highly technical and knowledgeable - our kids especially adore Coach Eliza! My daughter recently attended one of the ‘Kids Night Out’ events at the gym and had an absolute ball. She hasn’t stopped talking about it and is already excited for the next one. We would absolutely recommend BK Gymnastics to other families.

My 2 y/o daughter absolutely loves her time here, it’s the highlight of her week. It’s harnessed her ‘daredevil’ nature so well, expanding on a wide range of movement in a structured and safe way. Each lesson is structured similarly but with points of variation to allow for progress, and is well-coached with a super encouraging and supportive coach. Massively recommend!

My daughter has been with BK Gymnastics for 7 years, and we couldn’t be more impressed. She started out just for fun but has now advanced to competing and winning some, thanks to the incredible coaching and support she receives here. The coaches are top-notch, supportive, pushing her to be her best while fostering a love for the sport. The training environment is professional yet encouraging, with a clear focus on each athlete’s individual progress. If you’re looking for a gym that builds champions in both skill and character, BK Gymnastics is the place to be!

Shocking customer service. Never have I experienced such poor administration services. I enquired about doing a trial to see if my child likes the class before signing up. BK Bayside advertised free membership if signing up in January. They texted me on 31st Jan stating to reply yes if interested in the free membership. I replied 'yes'. I then recieved an email 2 days after welcoming me to enrol, so I signed up under the impression that someone had read my reply. Admin completely disregarded my reply and gave me a code for a discounted rate instead of a free membership, which they were offering until the end of Jan. On top of that, an additional $65 was taken out of my account, for uniform and enrolment fee. I had 4 different people contact me on different emails in a matter of 4 days. No one knew anything about the text msgs and no one knew I just wanted to check out the place first. Admin was rude and abrupt, 1 person inparticular was cutting me off and talking on top of me. Not the kind of treatment you would expect from an organisation dealing with kids. To top if off, I then got told that I would not be receiving a refund, because I replied 'yes' at 9.30pm at night. They texted me at 2.30pm...on a Saturday. The text had no time frame, and it was still on the last day of the advertised free membership. I then went through my emails and saw that I was in fact entitled to a full refund as it was within 14 days. Admin have no idea what's going on. Save your money and go elsewhere. Not worth the headache.
