BK's Learn To Swim O'Connor

Great new facility with lovely, helpful and accommodating staff. Most of whom are very warm and friendly with the kids. My three children love going for their weekly lessons!

My little one was very scared of water to begin with. The teachers all showed amazing patience to support her in her own way and her own time to become confident in the water. It never felt like she was forced to do anything she didn’t want to.

We tried a few swimming schools, however once we found BK Learn to swim (previously The Swim Factory), we stopped searching. Fantastic managers! Dedicated space, so we are not needing to share public pool space. Seems a lot quieter than other schools, and definitely smaller groups. The teachers are lovely and knowledgeable. My daughter is 8 and can swim so well, she is confident at the beach and now easily beats me in the pool (and looks like an expert doing it ...compared to me anyhow). Give it a shot! Picture of beach as they don't let you take photos in the swim school, which is another brilliant thing!

My daugther has been going for swimming lesson at BK Swim for over a year now and 'm happy with her progress so far. The instructors are patient, encouraging, and create a positive and supportive atmosphere, which has boosted my daughter's confidence. She looks forward to her swimming lessons every week. I highly recommend this place.

A friend of ours recommended BKs O’Connor to us when my 5yo was out of swimming lessons due to renovations at Melville leisureplex. I wasn’t sure what to expect but given we didn’t have many options we gave it a go! After 4 weeks I can confidently say this was a great decision! While the facility is as good as a privately run small business can get, the manager Jon is very helpful and the personalised attention he manages to give makes me feel like someone is really working on my daughter’s swimming skills and helping her learn and enjoy. Her teacher Tara is super talented too.! Definitely recommend this place.
