Ben is an absolutely super star! Highly recommended! On a day of my son's string competition, the cello bridge was damaged accidently one and half hours before the commencement of the competition. Fortunately I found Box Hill Music via google search. I rang Ben and asked if an urgent repair is possible. I arrived at Ben's workshop 20 minutes before the closing time. Ben thoroughly checked the cello and offered a super fast and effective repair in 30 minutes which enabled me to return to the competition venue for my son to successfully participated in the competition. Ben, greatly appreciated!
