CAPA- Creative Academy of Performing Arts

CAPA has been a great dance school for my daughter. The love for dance and the positive long, lasting friendships that have been fostered during the 10 years she has been at CAPA are invaluable. We feel so fortunate that her dancing experience has been such a positive and enduring one 💖

CAPA is one of the best studios I've ever danced at and now my two children dance there as well and absolutely love it! The teachers are very knowledgeable and the standard (particularly ballet) is incredibly high. The studio culture is also very welcoming and supportive and I would (and have) recommended CAPA to my friends!

Thank you to all the staff past & present who have helped my daughter follow her dreams to the next stage. The classes are well structured and gave her the skills she needed. You have helped her become a well rounded adult. My son also enjoyed his time at Capa with individual support and lessons. Boys were welcomed and encouraged at the studio. He is welcomed back in the studio anytime now. There are awesome classes for adults of all abilities and ages. I participate in these and love the fun and friendship that have come out of them. They will last a lifetime.

Excellent school with very experienced and caring teachers. Fantastic centre with a variety of classes on offer. Our daughter has danced here for 8 years now and couldn't be happier. CAPA is definitely her second family and love seeing the improvements she has made over the past couple of years. Thank you for all that you do for her.

I did enjoy my time here as an adult dancer for many years, however I felt oddly judged because I overheard some young children discussing my personal life amongst themselves which they could only have gotten from adults working there who must have discussed my personal life. I have a happy relationship now with a retired principal ballet dancer for those of you who thought it was “weird” that I wasn’t married. Honoured though that I was so interesting to them but still watch your back if you aren’t the picture perfect image of what they think you should be as people will gossip about you behind your back despite the fact I was paying their bills. Wonder where those girls ended up.
