My son has been attending classes regularly and I am so grateful that we found Power Karate. The time and effort that the instructors put in with the childrens classes go above and beyond. My sons self confidence has improved, along with his concentration and dedication to the tasks he is completing within the dojo and outside of the dojo.

I’ve been interested in Kyokushin for some time. I approached Power Karate Canberra for a trial several weeks ago and I haven’t looked back. The combination of technique and conditioning work is challenging but a lot of fun. Importantly, Sempai Shaun provides clear and thorough explanation and instruction to assist me to transition from previous learnt techniques to the Kyokushin style.

Coming back to kyokushin was one of the best decisions I've made. Great instructors who push you that bit extra every lesson guiding and leading you to grow in skill and understanding and resilience every time you walk into the dojo.
