The staff are amazing! Very professional, supportive and nurturing with both my boys. Their enthusiasm and confidence has grown tremendously, and can be seen in their improvement in the pool. We've been loyal customers of this swim school brand since 2023, and the new centre has exceeded our expectations. It's a beautiful, brand-new facility that is always clean, welcoming, and comfortable for both kids and parents. What truly makes this place special is the team. Ayla deserves a special mention for being an outstanding teacher and manager. She is professional, caring, and clearly passionate about helping children succeed. The instructors go above and beyond to teach swimming in a way that keeps kids engaged and excited to learn. They put in tremendous effort to build confidence, develop skills, and make every lesson enjoyable. We're very happy with our experience and would highly recommend this centre to any family looking for high-quality swimming lessons.

We have had a wonderful experience with Carlile Swimming School. The staff are friendly, professional, and highly knowledgeable, creating a supportive environment for children to learn and build confidence in the water. One of the things we appreciate most is the low chlorine and low salt levels in the pools, which have been much gentler on my daughter's eczema compared to other swimming facilities. This has allowed her to enjoy her lessons comfortably without skin irritation.The instructors are patient and encouraging, and the overall standard of teaching is excellent. I would highly recommend Carlile Swimming School to any family looking for quality swimming lessons in a professional and child-friendly environment.

Unprofessional and poor scheduling. Delayed opening twice, communication methods change and are inconsistent and Sydney based staff are arrogant and don’t understand how to communicate to busy parents! Turn up on Mother’s Day to meet our commitment but poor comms that they failed to open for whatever reason and have the gall to argue with a mother and blaming a mother on Mothers Day!!
