Tanya is incredibly patient and has a wonderful way of explaining techniques, making it fun for the kids. We've seen such amazing progress in our son's swimming skills and confidence in the water. Our Grand Daughter has started her first swimming lessons here and she loves it. What a great way to introduce children to swimming and water safety and in such a lovely environment. The teachers are excellent and well trained. The exercises for each level are so well thought out and taught in way that is fun and interesting to the children, making the whole learning process easy for them. There is plenty of seating around the pool for parents and grand parents to watch. We had no trouble getting parking and there is Cafe@49 in the same building on Queens Road for an after lesson treat.

I am extremely disappointed and unhappy with the manager on site today named Stella about how poorly she communicated and kept arguing with me that the centre have called me about taking my son out of the program. When I said to her I didn’t get any call or voice mail, she kept pressing that I was wrong. When I said she doesn’t have any proof that they have called me because I truly dont have any calls or voicemail from Carlile. I was even willing to show her my phone history. I also said my son was very surprised and only knew about this last week and I was planning to move him, just trying to find a school for him. She then told me he has moved to the next level for 2 months now and she also said “it’s not our fault that your son did not tell you that he has moved to the next level” When I expressed my concern that she was already making me feel very intimidated from the week before when asking to take my son out and I was the first time I knew he has moved to the next level. She refused to listen and kept cutting in. She was so extremely rude repeatedly trying to push the wrong to my side which drove me to the point where I was just standing there waiting for my kids to cancelling both of them on the spot. Everyone else on the team is usually fantastic, if this was delivered by Vanessa, it would totally be a different story. The operation manager handled it very well when I spoke to her about Stella. I love the teachers and the programs here and I know the school has a waitlist, but having someone like Stella on your team is gonna cost a lot of damage to the business. Front line customer service and can’t even take time to listen and kept arguing and driving a customer to the point of extreme frustration is unbelievable. I was very upset with her last week but decided to let it go but after what happened today, the owner needs to be notified of the poor performance of a key staff
