Carlile Swim Melville

I just wanted to pass on some feedback for your lovely instructor Fiona. I have been holding off changing class times for a while now because she is just such an incredible instructor. Every single class she has been so welcoming, kind and so attentive to every baby that is in the water. She takes her time to really get to know the children and also the parents which is so lovely. I have always felt so happy to be there and really supported in teaching my son safe swimming. He has been taking his swimming skills and using them around the house such as getting up and off the couch, and it's so wonderful to see him confident. Fiona is such a joy to be around and I hope that at some point when my son moves up a class, that we can find her to be his teacher again.

We’ve been taking our kids since 8 weeks to Kirby swim, and their baby program is incredible. Enjoyable and memory making, as well as learning essential skills for WA kids who live near the water. Special mention to Helen, Amy and Fiona who have been patient and engaging teachers who are great at what they do.

Kirby Melville has been fantastic! We moved from another swim school after we weren't happy with the lessons and Kirby have been nothing short of fantastic. Our son has improved in leaps and bounds - he was very shy and unsure without me in the water when he turned 3 and his teacher Fiona has been amazing. Highly recommend Kirby Melville!

5 stars! Switching my son to Kirby Swim Melville was the best decision. The staff are friendly, professional, and truly care about the kids. Special thanks to Gaby, his instructor. She is fantastic and has made a big difference in his confidence and progress. Highly recommend!

Kirby Swim Melvile is a money grab @ $53 a fortnight. My toddler has been attending his classes every week for 8 months and Kirby has been severely lacking their duty of care when it comes to assessments and progression of my sons swimming skills as 80% of his portal has not been assessed over the 8 months. This has left my son being too advanced, resulting in my son not being challenged for a long time in his weekly lessons and not progressing with his swimming skills in a class with considerably younger children. I feel my son has been left behind and forgotten about and I have stopped swimming lessons at Kirby Melville because of this reason. I'm sure there are many other parents feeling the same frustrations with Kirby Melville.
