Carlile Swim Mt Ommaney

We are incredibly grateful to Imogen and the entire team at Aquatic Achievers in Mt Ommaney. My daughter was very scared about changing instructors, but Imogen helped her overcome that fear with exceptional patience and love. Now, my daughter loves swimming so much that she would be in the pool every day if she could. Immogin is an amazing educator who truly listens to the children and guides them with her positive energy. Her knowledge of swimming is profound, and it's clear that she genuinely enjoys teaching. I also want to highlight the rest of the staff, who have shown admirable patience and have understood and respected my daughter’s needs at all times. She is still learning to be resilient, and the team has done everything possible to support her during this transition.Thank you so much for respecting and listening to the children.

A very good swimming class, especially if you have a great instructor like Ms Nirali. She's truly one of the best! If you happen to get a less effective instructor like we did for a few sessions, don’t get discouraged, just try switching to a different one. Big shout-out to Ms Nirali for making such a positive difference in our experience!

This place used to be good. We have been taking out boy here for more than a year now. However, I am not sure if there was a change in management or not but recently, there have been so many changes to staff. Back then if we sign up with someone and there was even a temp change to staff they will email and let us know. But now there was nothing. U just come and be surprise that there was someone new. There also a lack of consistency and quality in different teacher as well. Recently there was major change to his class structure and we have zero email or notification to explain why there was a change. This lack of communication and constant change in staff and decrease in quality made us stop coming. The price has gone up but the quality is not there

If you are thinking to enroll your child here, you would ensure to make it all the class. There are ONLY 6 makeup classes available for the whole year. I have 2 children who had been away for the holidays for a month, then we were still happy to pay even half of fees to keep the spot. However, when they are back, they are normally not well to stay in the water. We have to cancel for 2 weeks. There are no make up classes for these weeks. So, I'm coming up and wondering that if my children are not well again. How can I get the make up voucher. They said unless I needed the medical certificate showing that they has injuries and not allow down in water. UNBELIEVABLE!!

My daughter has been at this Centre for 3 years. Since management change the standard has dropped significantly. As a former national swimmer and swim coach also I’m appalled by the quality of teaching and coaching model. Nothing good about this Centre anymore. Such a shame.
