Love this gym. The staff are absolute legends, especially Keith and Sarah. Always so lovely to chat to and always willing to help with excercises and form when asked. Would give 10 stars if I could. Great little Sauna and hot tub as well. Highly recommended.

It's an alright pool to do lanes... But the lifeguards don't really do there jobs.. they don't care if kids or people mess around in the swimming lanes.. or if there's a super slow swimmer in the fast lane.. they just ignore it and walk in circles. Isn't it like there job to enforce pool rules??? but if you go in the spa they're happy to tell you off for not paying.. since when did it cost to use the spa for 5 mins????

Today I took my child back to swimming lessons after almost a year away. The class was scheduled for 10:00am, and I arrived at 9:50am to check in. During the check-in process, the staff member was quite rude. She called me “Kai,” which is not my child’s name, and looked at me as though I had taken someone else’s card. I have kept this card since my child first attended swimming lessons at Clayton Pool, so this reaction made me feel very uncomfortable. She then issued me a new card and said that if I lost it next time, I would need to pay $5. While I understand policies, the way this was communicated felt unnecessary and disrespectful. This experience left me feeling judged and disappointed, especially in a service environment meant to be welcoming for children and families. While using the change rooms, there was an adult couple (one male and one female) occupying the family change room for an extended period of around 30 minutes. This caused several children to wait outside, visibly cold and shivering while waiting for access.

Smaller than Oakleigh. Lots of parking out back. Gates were not working and my membership appointment did not know what the product was, so I had to leave and call active Monash to fix the issue. First staff member then complained about me for saying that's not what I was told... I was correct in what I said in consult... Class was good though. Nice having library and shops so close. Don't ask anything of the staff if you want action. They just leave nasty notes on your account, gang up on you and wont help. Got the most inappropriate call from a colleague about it who said was Thier manager and was not. Horrible experience with staff that will fight over checking facts.
