Excellent staff and great swimming instructors. Highly recommend for any level or ability. They've gone Bove and beyond to make our kids feel safe and comfortable and assist me with booking errors. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Dirtyyyyyy.... you need to have a cleaner actively cleaning bathroom and rubish pleaseee. OMG, gimme nightmares with all the poos and used nappies all over the bin and floor. Today also met the worst swimming teacher ever, chat with friend 10mins, scattered balls and told us to catch em all 10mins, then sent us to play in the slide ourselves, which we didn't cos the queue was insane and too scary for my boy, and she's back to chatting. That was the baby 30mins swimming lesson. 🙂 For summary, nothing to learn, no guidance, honesty had no clue what to do during the session.

Customer service, lessons and facilities have gone downhill exponentially!! On the other hand fees have gone up exponentially too!! Half of the time showers are not working, when is not the men’s, it’s women’s or the parents showers. Temperature in the showers is inconsistent at best and there are only 2 showers for the whole complex!! And let’s not talk about cleanliness, I’m surprised nobody Cisac has not been fined. Most of the showers have mold and the shower curtains are disgusting! And let’s not forget about being charged to use the water slide which is so unsafe as the stairs are wet and slippery and you guessed it, there is also mold. There is nobody to talk to or complain and whenever there is someone the response you get is “yeah, we know about it”

The teacher are good and handle the kids very well, BUT the staff team are NOT. They explained just quickly and simple without looking at the system and don't want to look any further when requested for clarity. We ended up came at the new term but actually didn't have to and feel humiliated for showing up without enroling. They should be able to provide proper explanation if they see our enrolment status in their system before.

This place has gone so far downhill it is insane. Awful, unfriendly and unhelpful customer service. Had 4 classes cancelled in 1 term and it was like pulling teeth trying to get a credit back to my account instead of a ‘make up class’. So glad to have changed over to Kingswim, went for the first day today and the difference is night and day. I feel bad for the swim teachers here who actually do a good job, but are severely let down by management and office staff
