I've known the owner for a few years, the instructors are all easy to talk to and professional. Classes are fairly priced and practical. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to start martial arts.

Been training here for a few weeks, learned some good stuff for practical self-defense, but also having fun and exercising. Good for learning some stuff from a few different types of martial arts rather than just one.
