Our son has been learning here for years now, starting with piano and now also playing guitar. It’s been really special watching not only his skills grow, but also his confidence and genuine love for music over the years. The teachers are supportive, encouraging and create such a positive environment. We’re so grateful to have found a music school that’s been such a consistent and enjoyable part of his childhood.

Our son is really enjoying his ukulele lessons with Matt. We have found Cockburn School of Music to be very accommodating and adaptive to suit our son's style of learning and it shows with his continued joy of learning music.

Could not recommend enough! Exceptional service from Tash and her team. Not only are prices very reasonable, communication is some of the best I've ever experienced from a small business. Tash (owner) and Ben (tutor) are both easy going, helpful and approachable. Our child is so excited for lessons every week and is eager to practice at home. Their tutor often has encouraging and useful feedback and was swift to build a positive relationship with both parents and our child. Really very happy with every aspect of our time so far with Cockburn School of Music.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - My son Thomas attends guitar lessons at Cockburn School of Music and absolutely loves it! He is only 5 years old and thoroughly enjoys every lesson with his teacher, Ben. Ben is so calm, patient, and makes learning a lot of fun. He really knows how to keep Thomas entertained while teaching him at the same time. I highly recommend Cockburn School of Music to anyone wanting to learn guitar — such a great experience for young beginners!

Tash has been my music teacher for the past 6 years, she is a very knowledgeable and nice person. I have learnt so much and had a great time.
