Conroy Dance Centre

We have been with Conroy Dance Centre for nearly 10 years, with our daughter starting in 2012 as a (just) 3 year old and our son following suit in 2014 at only 2! It really has become a second family with each of us, the kids and parents parents, all creating lifelong memories and friendships. As a studio, the ability to genuinely cater for dancers of all ages and abilities, from tinies through to pre-professionals, is second to none. Conroy Dance Centre provides high quality training across all genres of dance while still recognising the importance of schooling and family life for the well-being and development of their students. Choreography and costuming is current and professional while always being age-appropriate for children as well as catering to both boys and girls - both of which are too often overlooked in the dance industry. The concerts are always highly entertaining with each item being a pleasure to watch. Timetabling, planning and communication is excellent - despite the busy schedule with our kids participating in everything on offer at the studio, we are always able to plan in advance and fit our other non-dance commitments in. Most importantly, the teachers genuinely care not only about the development of the kids as dancers, but as humans - always role-modelling and supporting appropriate behaviour both within and outside of the studio. Our daughter and our son have both thrived in this environment - it is the ideal balance of professionalism and fun. We travel a long way to get to Conroy Dance Centre but it has been well worth every kilometre and meal eaten en route!

Conroy's is a dance school at the pinnacle of the industry. Our daughter has been attending the school for 10 years and the standard of dance of the whole school is at the highest level. My daughter started dance lessons at CDC in the beginning of 2019. If your child loves to perform, Conroys is the place to be. Their talent and passion will be nurtured, and they have so many opportunities to develop their skills. Their communication can improve, as my emails with queries and concerns go unanswered. However my daughter's dancing and confidence has improved so much, best move we ever made dance wise, and we will stay here long term.

We have been with Conroy Dance Centre for 7 years. My sons starting in 2015 at age 3 and then my daughter started in 2016 and my kids love it! Conroys is a professional dance centre with just the right balance of fun and learning. They provide training for all levels and ages across all dance genres. Boys are also well catered for with lots of boys in classes and male teachers and assistant teachers who are great role models. The Conroys team care not only able the kids dance development but for who they are as a person also. They value family life balance helped by planning and communicating all important dates early. My kids have made life long friendships and some pretty amazing memories.

This is my daughters 7th year at Conroy Dance Centre and she has loved it from her very first lesson. She has made beautiful friends and has wonderful memories to hold onto forever. Conroy Dance Centre will teach your child everything about dance plus lifelong qualities such as commitment, dedication, resilience, teamwork, time management and the list continues. My daughter has been a member of the Starz Production Team for 4 years and has enjoyed the endless performance opportunities she has been involved in, with going to the USA definitely a trip she will never forget.
