Dance Development Centre

If anyone asks me for recommendations on a dancing school in Canberra I will without hesitation, recommend DDC. The team seems to have struck a great balance between providing professional tuition, and providing an opportunity for kids who just want to try it out. The environment they have created, and continue to nurture, is supportive, creative, inclusive and just fun.

My daughters and their friends love DDC. Fabulous teachers who are great with children. Strong classical and jazz technique, with part-time and full-time programs available from upper primary through high school. Highly recommended.

Have been a student here and now my daughter is a student here. Highly recommend, very professional and wonderful teachers. Lots of opportunities for both recreational dance and a professional career in dance. Worth trying it out with a trial lesson.

I went to this dance school as a child and loved it so much that I've gone back for adult classes. The staff are amazing and I find they really motivate me to give it my all and have fun with it.

The fencing classes are excellent. Thom is great with the kids and it's great having use of the school's gear for beginners. My only complaint is the payment must be by fortnightly direct debit which is a real pain. Adequate parking but not much shade to park in.
