I was so impressed with the ladies at Dance FX Malvern. My daughter was upset when we had to wait to order her size and they were able to cheer her up and gave such beautiful service! We will continue to shop there for all the girls dance wear…I can’t recommend them enough! And can I say it’s so lovely to shop somewhere that cares about the person and not about the sale. Well done team!

Felt like an inconvenience to some staff who seemed disinterested and at times condescending. At one point I stood at the counter waiting to pay and was ignored by two staff members behind counter. Credit to newest staff member who was lovely and keen to help. Overall not a good experience.

Really disappointed with the service I received today. I was looking for a few things to buy and the lady working there just stood behind the desk without a word, no help at all, did not even acknowledge me when I walked into a shop ( which had no other customers by the way). I was really stuck on what to buy (sizes etc). When I asked her for help, she made it seem like a huge effort. Blunt one worded answers. Couldn’t have seemed less interested. Extremely disappointed as I intended to buy a fair few things but I don’t have any intention to support a shop that makes me feel like an imposter.

Wow. Just so jelous of the other reviews. We were sent there by my daughter's ballet teacher to get some items for an upcoming performance. The girl who served us could not have cared less, I'm sure she wasn't an owner, based on all the other reviews. We needed some guidance on supporting attire for underneath a costume and barely got one word answers to our questions. Again I'm sure it's a fine shop just hard to get good staff these days...
