Dance Northside

My daughter started kids ballet classes at Dance Northside in 2022 and we haven't looked back. The community is welcoming and there is a strong focus on fun and inclusively. Instructors are skilled, kind and supportive, and classes emphasise the joy of movement. I also appreciate that the studio makes dance more financially accessible to families by providing staggered fee payment options and costume hire.

Dance Northside is the most friendly, inclusive, and respectful dance school. I have never attended a dance school with such a caring, fun, and vibrant vibe. My daughter attends multiple classes each week and always leaves feeling really good about herself. The values of the dance school kindness, community, and respect are so much more than just a logo. They are evident in every lesson, concert, or event hosted. I can't wait for my daughter to continue to grow in such a flourishing and supportive environment. Thank you, Dance Northside!

Dance Northside is a family friendly, fun and inclusive dance school. Their values of community, kindness and respect are not just words, they are perceptible to the dancers, their families and the wider community. This is our second year at Dance Northside and both of my daughters have loved every minute of their classes since the minute we joined. The staff are welcoming and supportive and the emphasis on fun is paramount. I’m sure we’ll be with the Dance Northside family for many years to come!!

I really love the values at Dance Northside, and that children are able to have fun and be themselves while learning to dance. There's no pressure for outfits or make-up or anything, just a welcoming place with really kind and enthusiastic dance teachers. My young daughter has been going for 1.5 years, first Mini Creative Movement and then Mini Ballet, and she likes the teachers and the other children, and is all smiles after dance class. I like that she's learning foundational dance skills while (most importantly) fostering an enjoyment of dance.

My daughters (10y & 12y) and I have been at Dance Northside for 3 years. We love the friendly atmosphere and the teachers are really encouraging and supportive as well as being instructive. They have a great range of classes for all ages (including adults!). Highly recommend!
