Dance Pointe

My children have been dancing at dance point through tinies and juniors. We love the dance school that has a body positive and inclusive focus - let’s face, not everyone is going to be a professional dancer, so feeling like teachers can meet you where you are at is important to ensure all children are enjoying their classes. The school maintains a high standard of discipline in terms of uniform for class and presentation for concerts or exams, but still feels fun and friendly. I feel Miia knows the children well and responds to parents promptly, to try and support the children to get the most they can out of their lessons. The school is also building my daughter’s confidence in choreography as she is getting older - encouraging her to create her own dances. My daughter loves end of year concert, after feeling very nervous 3-years ago, she is growing in confidence with her performing every year.

An absolutely wonderful dance studio! Both my son and daughter attend for hip hop and ballet. The staff are amazing, patient and are fantastic teachers also allowing the more experienced students be student teachers which I think is absolutely fantastic. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great local studio for their little dancers.

My girl has been going to this dance studio for years now. When we were looking for a studio for her we have been to a number of different studios and everything was so right fit for us! (schedules, atmospheres, culture, values etc). My girl LOVE going there and I never ever had any issues taking her to classes! (well, sometime she says she wants to go every day!) The teachers and the owner of the centre are all very lovely people and my opinions are always been listened :) Well done Dance Pointe! I am excited to have you as my girls dance journey :)

Dance Pointe has been an amazing experience for my child! From the start, Miss Miia, the incredibly skilled and experienced organizer/dancer, and Miss Caitlyn have been so supportive and encouraging. When my child began dancing at age 2, she had her ups and downs, but Miss Miia and Miss Caitlyn always made sure she felt comfortable and motivated. I decided to put my child in the End-of-Year concert at age 3 to give her the chance to experience performing on stage, and it was such a positive experience. Now, my child proudly shows off her dancing skills to her friends and is much more confident dancing in public. As a parent, seeing my child happy and confident means everything, and Dance Pointe has truly made that possible. I also want to give a special shout-out to Miss Kodie, who made me feel so comfortable during the concert. I was worried my child would want me backstage, but Miss Kodie was there, holding my child's hand and making sure she was well cared for. After the performance, my child didn’t want to hold my hand – she wanted to hold Kodie’s! I can’t thank Dance Pointe enough for their dedication to supporting my child’s growth and happiness. This is a place you can truly trust and rely on to help your little one grow in dance and confidence. Highly recommend!

My Daughter has been dancing at Dance Pointe for 4 years now. The vibe and family friendly feeling of the studio is amazing. My Daughter has absolutely grown in confidence and dance skills since she started. Miss Miia and Miss Jess are very supportive Teachers. I couldn't recommend Dance Pointe highly enough :)
