super detailed, helpful pointe shoe fitting helped me find my favourite pointe shoes ever! Had so much fun during the fitting and absolutely love the store. all the staff were so lovely and knowledgeable. highly highly recommend

Ok so it really doesn’t look like much from the outside, you may even miss it. But this place definitely gets a 5 star (only because there isn’t a six star option) the inside and customer service definitely makes up for the exterior. Great parking. Entrance is grand with a wow factor. One of the best customer service experiences ever. Anna served us and went above and beyond to make sure we had 110% customer satisfaction. They gave my daughter so much attention she absolutely loved it there, she felt so special like a ballerina princess. She was so knowledgeable and helped us by giving us a bun tutorial and showing us how to wear the uniform. The shop is filled with so many adorable cute things I can’t believe they fit all that into their shop. There is a big staircase to get up to the shop. We will definitely return.

The customer service here is great! The fitters are clearly very experienced, but are also super kind, and not at all pushy for one brand, or particular style like I have seen at so many other dance shops. They respect your choices, whilst still carrying out their important jobs.

I love this place it is my go to shop!!!!!! Everyone is so nice and they have the cutest stuff. I always go there to get ballet flats, character shoes, bags, character skirts, accessories, uniform, leg warmers, tights and jewellery! Thank u olivia and anna for the gifts from your shop!💕💕💕
