The Darlinghurst Theatre Company is a beautiful old theatre with a very contemporary interior. The facilities inside are modern and fresh. The foyer is quite large and has a cool bar where you can purchase alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and snacks. A beautiful theatre for an awesome show. We came for The Mystery of Love and Sex and we enjoyed both the show and the atmosphere of this place. The staff was very friendly and helpful from the start to the end, engaging and enthusiastic. An excellent example of great customer service. I would definitely go back in the future for various plays.

Had an absolutely incredible night at Great Comet. Performers were such a privilege to watch, with them singing, dancing, acting and literally live playing musical instruments!! (I never knew so many people could play the accordion LOL) Got very lucky with $50 rush tickets through TodayTix and ended up in the VIP section which was literally next to the stage itself, with my chair being temporarily stolen by a Princess on stage. Such a fun, interactive show with an excellent cast. I have never seen audience interaction like this before. The theatre is beautifully intimate and all staff were wonderful as well with sorting our tickets. Would absolutely recommend everyone go and see it before it closes!! 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A great venue for theatre and other live shows. Conveniently located in Darlinghurst with ample street parking. There are many stairs in this venue, so be prepared to walk.. there is a lift but it’s put side for those who need it. There’s a bar at the venue with many good drink options, food options are limited and packets of chips or pies are on the menu. Service staff are friendly and supportive.. venue is dimly lit with a great ambiance
