Diakosmos Dance Academy is a wonderfully unique dance school. Whether you aspire to be a professional dancer or dance for fun and fitness, Diakosmos nurtures every student’s creativity and talents. The teachers are incredible and the students so encouraging and supportive of each other. When my daughter wanted to explore other interests, we sadly said goodbye, but when she decided to build her dance skills some more, there was nowhere else she wanted to be. Diakosmos is not just somewhere you learn to dance. It’s a place where you build friendships, confidence, teamwork and leadership. Classes are kept small allowing teachers to really develop and bring out the best in every student. I highly recommend Diakosmos Dance Academy.

Diakosmos Dance Academy is the best in Melbourne. Diakosmos enrol students with a wide range of abilities (many are super stars) and from a wide age range. It provides a truly inclusive musical environment for all. The respect between students and teachers alike is almost tangible. In their every interaction, students are taught how to prompt, encourage and 'scaffold' their peers without judgement or being bossy. Dance is FUN - when you "dance from the heart". I totally recommend Diakosmos for a total positive experience. My daughter loves it!!!

My daughter and I couldn't be happier with Diakosmos! All of the teachers and staff are so friendly and nurturing. The Diakosmos team have allowed my daughter to expand her level of understanding of dance. She has improved so much since being with Diakosmos I can't thank the team enough! During lock down, Diakosmos has been great with making classes go ahead. It is something my daughter looks forward to. The team gives a lot of one on one attention to each student which I think is great!
