DLDC (Davidia Lind Dance Centre)

Finding and joining DLDC 2.5yrs ago for my son, who just loved to dance, has been one of the best decisions we have made. We discovered a welcoming, encouraging environment that is being guided and directed by a teaching team that has an extensive wealth and depth of dance experience & knowledge. Priceless for the learning and growth of the kids in their dance experience. With teachers that are working and choreographing professionally, it brings to their learning a level of the real world of dance which is great. My son has thoroughly enjoyed being challenged to improve at each level and looks forward to seeing the improvement that he makes each week, month year.

My daughter started at DLDC when we moved from Sydney to Brisbane in 2011. She was immediately welcomed and received wonderful tuition from all her teachers. She has now completed her teaching diploma with DLDC and is also a professional performer. My son still dances with DLDC and always states how DLDC feels like home. He is always challenged and encouraged to achieve his goals. The studios are lovely, air conditioned rooms. The teachers are friendly, caring and approachable. And we’ve all made lifelong friends. Highly recommend!

My boys love being part of DLDC dance studio. Staff and teachers are encouraging, inclusive and have good communication. There are great opportunities for those who are serious about dance and for those who just want to enjoy dance find a supporting environment.

I have been involved with DLDC since the 1980s as an original student of Davidia’s - it was the best years of my life dancing there so many fantastic memories & performances. Both of my girls were enrolled in 2016 & my eldest still dances there and loves it! I have seen her go from strength to strength. I love watching her in all the genres especially Musical Theatre!

A beautiful studio offering exceptional tuition. The kids are nurtured and encouraged to reach their potential. The teachers are highly skilled and experienced. There are numerous performance opportunities and the routines and productions are of a very high, professional standard. To top it off it is a great big, warm family. Could not recommend DLDC enough.
