What parents say
5.0My daughter has been attending these drama classes for the past 1.5 years, and it has been a delightful journey of growth and creativity. The classes are a perfect blend of fun and positive vibes, where imagination is not just encouraged but celebrated. Each session is a testament to the power of collaboration, as the children come together to create something truly magical. The instructors are commendable for their ability to nurture young minds while making sure that learning is always a joyous experience. We couldn't have asked for a better environment for our daughter to explore the world of drama and develop her artistic skills
5.0My son has been taking Drama classes with Victoria for two years at Marian Street Theatre for Young People in Killara. He enjoys it a lot and laughs a lot after the class. I can see he has gained more confidence speaking in public. His Drama teacher, Victoria, is amazing. She is very creative and passionate about her class and her students. The teacher and students create and practice the stories together and put on a show at the end of each term. As a parent, I always look forward to the end-of-term show, which demonstrates how much they have improved together. I can't wait to enroll my younger son in Victoria's drama class when he starts school.
5.0I saw Shack on Sunday night and was so impressed with the talent, skill and energy of the young MSTYP performers. It was a stunning, evocative and thought-provoking production, with excellent visual and sound design and insightful direction. The movement imagery and staging were compelling to watch, and the performers brought their roles to life with passion and imagination to create a group of unique and engaging characters in an extraordinary situation. The collaborative work of the group was wonderful to see. Even the chilly venue added atmosphere to this Antarctic experience! Congratulations to all! Cat
5.0Marian Street Theatre for Young People is one of the most wonderful organisations on the North Shore of Sydney. My daughters teacher Kate is enthusiastic, young, experienced and accommodating - all things that my 14 year old daughter needs. The weekly classes are the highlight of my daughters week and she has made some lifelong friends there.
