Incredible music shop! All the staff are professional, kind, patient. I bought some instruments from the shop for my daughter, bought some books too. My daughter's flute was playing up, two gentlemen took 2 minutes, and fixed it, and free of charge, also emphasized the importance of maintaining the instrument. I had a Yamaha Pacifica guitar which I bought about $250 10 years ago, never had problems, but one of the Jack's pins came off, I tried to fix it myself, but somehow couldn't make it work. I handed it in, it took one day and $20, yes only $20, it's fixed. I was happy that they fixed my electric guitar although I have not been using it for a while. I am not sure how often I 'd learn and play it again, but that encourages me to pick it and play/learn again. And also I realised they are teaching some schools music/band too, at which my daughter started her journey in Castle Hill Public school, and her instrument is flute. Overall, I feel the people I encountered are skillful, nice and cool!

I popped in quickly today only to realise it was 15 minutes before closing time. I was after a guitar 🎸- the sales guy was so friendly and patient with all my questions. He helped me select the perfect guitar for me In just 15 minutes! I’m so happy I came somewhere so knowledgeable and with such an extensive range. I’ll definitely be back!

Ordered a telecaster online for click and collect, went in and swapped it for an Ibanez, Steven was very helpful and accommodating with my bad decision making, overall all the staff are amazing and great customer service

Shout out to Dural Music! Exceptional customer service, competitive pricing and nothing is too much trouble. Purchased my first violin and had a million questions. Both Ramon and Steve answered all my questions and made sure I was a super happy customer when I left the store. Can’t recommend Dural Music enough. If you want to purchase your instrument from a place that actually CARES about their customer, then Dural Music is the place to go! I would not go anywhere else!

Bought an intermediate Yamaha flute from Dural Music centre online for Christmas 2024 (we’re in QLD). Communication was excellent and friendly and most importantly, the flute is lovely and sounds so much better than my daughter’s old student flute! Thank you so much. (And a good price!!)
