⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely amazing gym with such a welcoming and supportive culture. From day one, every training partner made us feel comfortable and was very informative when we don’t know what we were doing. Element also has a great women’s program that’s run by Issy, it’s fantastic — encouraging, well-structured and empowering for women of all levels. My husband and I have both been training here for almost two years now and it’s become such an important part of our routine and lifestyle. Couldn’t recommend this gym highly enough to anyone thinking about starting BJJ or looking for a great place to train!

I’ve had the BEST experience at Element! I started with the women’s Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class as a beginner and Issy Richmond - the women’s coach made me feel so welcome, included and comfortable to just have a go, I had so much fun from my very first trial class! The gym vibe is super friendly and no BS, you make mates, learn fast and the timetable is massive so you can train around your life. You can focus on one martial art or try a few and if you ever want to compete, you’ve got the support to take it all the way. Joining Element has been one of the best things I’ve ever done 💚

I cannot recommend Element Martial Arts highly enough. Friendly people and real training, the slogan genuinely reflects the culture. I have been taking my son here for the past six months and have also trained a little bit myself. Having been to many combat sports gyms over the years, Element really stands out. There is no ego or hostility. Everyone is there to learn, improve, and enjoy themselves, which creates a great environment for both beginners and experienced people. We also had my son’s fourth birthday party there on Saturday, and it was the best. Coaches Jacob and Leo were fantastic. All 18 kids were fully engaged and had an amazing time. My son summed it up perfectly when he said it was the best birthday ever. Thanks to the Element team. A great gym for both adults and kids.

I've been training at Element for a while now, and I can honestly say it's been an amazing experience. The staff here are super professional and are seriously passionate when it comes to MMA, BJJ, kickboxing, and wrestling. The facilities are top-notch. They're always clean and well-maintained, which makes training here a pleasure. It's clear they invest in providing the best for their members. If you have kids, their program is fantastic. What I love most is the community vibe. Everyone is friendly and dedicated to training hard while keeping it safe and responsible. As a woman, feeling safe in a martial arts gym is crucial, and Element nails it. There's a great group of female members who make it a welcoming place for all of us. Great friendly gym environment and that’s as far as it goes. My daughter was there for almost a year and a half and learn nothing in BJJ I tried telling them that she should be able grapple someone , at least have the basics of BJJ all she learnt was to jump over a rope and hot potato
