Posted a review for Coorparoo but meant Holland Park. Anyhow, after years of lessons with other schools finally some great results from top notch instructors. Something very good in the water here!

Love the way the pool is maintained, regular proactive maintenance etc

This swim school is amazing, very well organised, staff are all lovely and accommodating, great communications, and the cost for lessons is reasonable. I would highly recommend !

Great swimming club. Excellent coached club

I am writing to express my disappointment with the behaviour I witnessed during my daughter’s swimming lesson today. The instructor’s actions were completely inappropriate, and I felt it was necessary to bring this matter to your attention. During the lesson, my daughter was instructed to jump into the pool. When she made an error, instead of offering constructive guidance or support, the instructor laughed at her. This reaction was not only unprofessional but also undermined my daughter's confidence and created an uncomfortable learning environment. I believe that instructors should demonstrate patience, maturity, and encouragement, especially when working with young learners. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect those values. As a result, I have decided to cancel my daughter's lessons with your school. I will not be recommending Element Swimming to others, as I feel the standard of professionalism expected in a learning environment was not met. I hope you will take this feedback seriously to ensure other families do not experience this. Thank you for your response. However, I must clarify that it was not at the beginning of the lessons that I canceled but rather midway through, as previously stated. I trust that you have the capability to review both surveillance footage and time records to verify this. Furthermore, I find it troubling that the instructor's behaviour went unnoticed. My child, who is only six years old, clearly picked up on the situation, which suggests that there may have been inappropriate conduct on the instructor’s part. If this is something that went unnoticed by your team, I am concerned about the level of awareness and professionalism maintained. To clarify, there was no prior issue throughout the four months of lessons, so your statement seems to lack context or understanding of the situation. As a business, it is important to address customer concerns thoroughly and professionally rather than dismissing them. I believe this matter deserves more careful consideration. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope for a more constructive dialogue moving forward.
