Empty Hands Martial Arts - Karate for the whole family @Golden Grove

This club is absolutely amazing, the instructors are so understanding and able to teach to all age and skill levels. My Daughter and I have been going for a few years now and totally love it. Great relaxed family atmosphere.

After numerous attempts to engage our shy and reserved 9 year old son in a sport/club/activity, we were recommended EHMA by another mum from school. Fast forward almost 5 years and he is still there. Tim promotes a family like atmosphere and really cares about each and every one of his students. It has really brought him out of his shell and given him confidence. We 100% would recommend EHMA to anyone wanting to join.

Outstanding! My son loves his karate and this place is run exceptionally well. Watching the young instructors grow their teaching skill sets has been an added bonus. A very safe, warm and empowering environment, you could not ask for any more

Best karate school in the area. Kind and patient teachers and a fantastic atmosphere. 10/10 do recommend for neurodivergent and differently abled people, as they teach alternative steps to a bunch of moves based on your body needs

My son has been attending Empty Hands since he was 5. Has been enjoying it, building confidence making friends and learning self discipline. Five years later still attending and have not one intention to leave. Tim, Tracey, Madeline, Darren, Simon, Katherine, James and all the others who train are awesome with kids. Highly recommend 🌟🌟🙂
