We were not actively looking for tuition for our boys, as they were already doing well at school. Having grown up in a highly competitive environment where tutoring was almost expected, we wanted to avoid putting our children through the same stressful and unenjoyable experience. We first heard about Eye Level through a family member who described it as being different from a typical tuition centre. When our boys' teachers and specialists suggested they would benefit from additional challenges outside of school, we decided to give Eye Level a try. From the very first assessment, it was clear that Tash, the Centre Manager, is an experienced educator and mentor. She quickly understood both our boys' academic abilities and personalities, and knew how to support them when they felt unsettled, frustrated, or impatient. Her guidance has also extended to us as parents, especially during times when we felt discouraged by challenges with the school system or our boys' behaviour. The tutors are equally supportive and knowledgeable, consistently encouraging the boys to challenge themselves, stay motivated, and enjoy learning. What we appreciate most is that Eye Level focuses on building confidence, independence, and a genuine love of learning rather than simply chasing results. We're very glad we gave it a chance and would happily recommend it to other families.
