I know we have only just started our lessons with Angel, but she has been absolutely wonderful with my daughter during her tutoring lessons. She is calm, patient, and knows exactly how to keep my daughter engaged and attentive throughout the entire lesson. Was told by another company to “have luck” finding a tutor who could do maths and science. 😂 Tutor was quick and easy to schedule times suitable and even gave a suggestion to meet at a library, which I think was an awesome move with the library having rooms that could cater to a “classroom” setting. The tutor was able to go into detail on the difference between spec maths and maths methods and was able to communicate at the end of the lesson where she felt he needed to put his efforts towards. It is still early days, but so far we are very impressed. My son who missed all last year due to his diagnosis of leukaemia came out feeling happy from his lesson and definitely benefited with being able to ask his questions in a setting where he was not rushed and although a 15 year old gives me few words, his words were “it was good, and yes I’m going next week” is probably a great review of how well the tutor went and that he was able to understand her😂.

Extremely disappointing experience. We organised tutoring for my daughter because her education and grades are something we take very seriously. Unfortunately, from the very beginning the communication and reliability were incredibly poor. The tutor changed the agreed schedule multiple times within days, including changing dates only hours before the session due to transport issues. After politely raising concerns about the need for consistency moving forward, all communication stopped completely. What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of customer support. I spent days trying to contact someone directly, only to find the company had moved away from phone support to an email-only system. For a service dealing with parents, students and time-sensitive education support, this is simply not good enough. After explaining the entire situation in detail and clearly requesting someone contact me directly, the only response I received was a short email asking if I wanted another tutor. No phone call. No accountability. No attempt to actually resolve the issue properly. The whole experience felt disorganised, impersonal and frustrating from start to finish. If consistency, communication and professionalism matter to you, I would strongly reconsider using this service.
