Reviews
I have been falling in love with ballet again after restarting as an adult at Felicity Ryan last year! Felicity and my teacher Lisa have been nothing but supportive, friendly, helpful, informative, and encouraging, which has only strengthened my want to return to class every week. Such a welcoming and safe place to relearn, relive and improve on a childhood passion, and to meet other adults doing the same. I recommend highly to anyone considering starting adult ballet lessons. The classes are staggered and approachable so it won't matter if you have prior experience or not. Ballet is so good for the body, mind and soul!
Such a beautiful ballet studio! Felicity Ryan Ballet is best dance company l have been at and it fosters such a wholesome family atmosphere. Definitely the place to be as a beginner dancer no matter your age.
I started ballet adult beginner last year and believe me, if you’re thinking of doing it, please do! Not only is it great exercise and interesting to learn, but a good way to meet new people. Felicity is awesome with a very positive demeanour, I always feel happy walking into the studio. Lisa is a wonderful teacher, you will see yourself grow under her teachings and have fun whilst doing it!
Felicity Ryan Ballet is a fun, inclusive ballet school that creates a welcoming environment for kids and adults alike. The adult ballet classes have levels for everyone including advanced students, and my young children love taking part in the baby steps school where the classes are designed to keep little minds engaged and little bodies active.
This was the 3rd dancing school we tried for my 4 year old and I wish we had found it first! We didn't want a competitive dance school. Just somewhere my daughter could enjoy dancing and maybe learn a few things and make some new friends. The teacher was the kindest, most patient woman ever and really knew how to keep the kids entertained and on task for the entire session. The were so many different actives, and they changed quickly so the kids never got bored. It wasn't about ballet, just simple, fun movements which could develop into ballet techniques if they wished to pursue it as they got older. My daughter absolutely loved it and keeps asking when the holidays will be over so she can go back!
