Focus Martial Arts Brisbane

My kids and myself started in FMA 3 years ago. We are getting fit and flexible and having a lot of fun as family. The flexibility is great, I can work around my work schedule. The instructors are absolutely wonderful and we can go on our own pace regardless of age and fitness. I am so happy with my decision to join

Your patience and enthusiasm really stood out — nothing ever seemed too difficult, and you handled everything (including the big party energy!) with such calm and positivity. We truly appreciated the way you engaged the children, kept them excited, and did your very best to manage different behaviours so thoughtfully and respectfully. It made the day so much easier for us as parents, and most importantly, the kids had an absolute blast. We are so grateful and will definitely be recommending your service to others. Watching him struggle to focus in class was really hard at times, but with their continuous encouragement and guidance, we’re now seeing slow and meaningful improvements. My daughter Matilda has been attending since she was 3 years old and is about to turn 5 years old . I first started her with martial arts in the hope she would learn important life skills such as self defense , leadership, confidence and the important skills of being able to be confident wi the in her own skin and make some amazing relationships in the process . I found Focus Martial arts after trialling a number of places and immediately fell in love with the family vibe and the staff who are so welcoming and supportive . My daughter has grown within herself , has had the confidence to voice herself in moments of confrontation or conflict in with her peers , and enjoys coming in and seeing her coaches and growing in her sport . I have no hesitation in recommending focus to all who are thinking about joining either as an adult or their children. They are the best in the business and it shows with how amazing the club is run and the family vibe that oozes from the place. .thank you Focus !

Our son Rocco attends and we are so happy. Love the supwrcision on weekends for date nights for parents the holiday program and the instructors are SO PATIENT they are dedicated to the kids and truly wonderful
