We've had such a great experience with Genazzano Swim Lessons for both of our kids—one in preschool and one in primary school. From the very first session, it was clear how friendly, professional, and efficient the whole team is. The lessons are really well-organised and tailored to each child’s level, which makes such a difference. The instructors strike a great balance between making it fun and helping them build real skills in the water. It’s been amazing to see their confidence grow. Would absolutely recommend Genazzano to any parent looking for high-quality swimming lessons in a supportive and positive environment.

Skilled and engaging instructors who make their students feel comfortable. Our swimmers have felt supported to extend their skills and improve their stroke times. Management is approachable and receptive to communication. Recommend if you're looking for a supportive environment where your young swimmer can thrive.

This was an excellent swim school when it was run by Bulleen Swimming. It has just gone steadily downhill since then, to the point where we have abandoned trying to communicate with them and have moved to another private school swimming centre which is amazing by comparison. Anyone writing a positive review here has to be related to the manager. Being an ex Olympiad does not a good business man make. Their customer relation skills are abysmal. Don't expect a call back if you leave a message or write an email. In addition, their "teachers" are just students from Genazzano or Xavier, not trained teachers. Avoid disappointment, take your kids elsewhere.

After Genazzano took over the swimming school from Bulleen Swimming school, the quality and management went down straight away. They treat disable children like trash and change swimming coach every lesson! What a joke!
