GKR Karate Wynnum

We are so grateful we discovered GKR karate in January this year for our 7-year-old son who struggles with ADHD, it has helped improve his focus and self-discipline drastically. Sensei Cole & the team are awesome, we appreciate the positive impact they have put on our son’s life. I highly recommend GKR karate to anyone who has a child who struggles with ADHD or any child in primary school as it is a skill they will have for life.

Initially only had my son going but after 6 months joined in for the fitness and to be apart of my sons karate journey. We both love and enjoy it and have made friends along the way. Sign up!

My daughter and me have been attending for the last few months, and it's been such a fun way to focus, release some stress, get fit and work on something together. We were made to feel very welcome from day one, and looks forward to our training sessions with the karate community that's been built here :)
