Went with my kids. Yesterday the weather was good and my kids and I had swim for 2 hours .my kids were happy with spending time in the pool. The cost is $17 for entry and $1 for the locker. Sometimes, lockers are full. Based on availability, we will get lockers. Water was warm so we had pleasant experience with our first visit. I'm hoping to visit again. Appreciate lifeguards for continuous monitoring, and we parents also should monitor kids.

Cleanest pools and swim facility near auburn, but likely also the most busy. Avoid weekends and after school periods as well as school holidays if you want peaceful lap swimming - pools are full of annoying school kids that yell, splash and play ball games etc.

I am writing to formally complain about a serious incident that occurred at your swimming facility on 19th Jan 2026 at approximately 6:10 PM at Granville by a person Named Jay My son has been attending this swimming centre for the past many years, and throughout this time we have always followed the centre’s rules and maintained respectful communication with staff. During this incident, a supervisor approached me and began shouting at me for using my phone and told me to “go and learn how to look after your child.” There are many appropriate and respectful ways to convey a message; however, instead of speaking calmly or offering any assistance, the supervisor continued shouting without providing any help or guidance. Most concerning, the supervisor then told me to leave the centre. Being asked to leave in this manner, especially in front of my child, was extremely distressing and humiliating. This behaviour was unprofessional and made us feel unwelcome and discriminated against. My Son started to cry after this misbehave attitude by the staff I expect staff at your facility to treat all families with respect, dignity, and understanding, particularly those with children who have disabilities. This incident demonstrates a lack of disability awareness and acceptable customer service standards. I request that this matter be formally investigated, that appropriate action be taken, and that I receive written confirmation of the outcome. I also request reassurance that staff will receive further training in disability awareness and respectful communication to ensure this does not happen again. Worst case of my life Supervisor jay act like he is owner of the building

It’s not a good place at all. The staff and the guards are very inattentive. The boys spit and mess around in the water, making it dirty, but none of the staff pay any attention. The registration staff also do not have good manners or behaviour.
