✅ the gym is great, large range of equipment available and never seems overcrowded when I go. ✅ onsite crèche/childcare available all weekday mornings (lots of toys for all age groups and 1.5 hour time slots) ✅ kids swimming lessons in indoor pool are calm, not overcrowded and swim teachers experienced (Jodie & Debbie are excellent) Unfortunately some people doing heavy weights don’t use safety clips and the car park is heavily patrolled by a parking inspector who will happily hand out fines.

Open rooftop pool - always warm. Beautiful lanes and chipper Front reception staff. Cheap entry $6 concession and late night opening - later than most* like 21:00. Tram 16 to Kew is outside with restaurants so you. A get a $5 pizza from Dominos straight after training. CCafe facilitates and heaps of information posted around the venue with QR codes etc. You may feel like a bit of a silly billy scanning 8 QR codes in 5 mins but the links are always work it. Purchased a St Kilda Lifesaving Club charity band here and was inspidered to join locally and complete my Bronze Medallion. Just before posting the above, I received a request from Google Photos to add any content. I declined. Then asked me to do the same with Google Maps to have all access to my photos. Biggest leisure centre in the area by far, since Kew’s centre has been taking 7+ years to rebuild this is one of the only decent places nearby if you want all the different types of leisure. Decent for the price however Technogym equipment is probably one of if not the worst gym equipment manufacturers ever. It doesn’t impact that much but if you just use the gym and have no care for classes etc. just go somewhere else with better equipment and for a much cheaper price.

Despite reference on website to a 'hydro-pool', there is in fact no such thing. People doing a rehab program are expected to share the pool with kids splashing around. Not appropriate for rehab patrons. Given this, we decided to leave. Staff were unable to process a refund,.and gave us 3 passes for another visit which we probably won't bother with.

Very unpleasant experience. They kept changing my son’s booking repeatedly, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. The lack of stability and clear communication was extremely frustrating. I would not recommend their service.
