Very friendly staff at reception. Swimming educators are experienced and friendly too. I would personally like to thank Anne K educator she is very friendly and helped my daughter learn swimming so well. We never had such amazing experience with any other educator in the past.

I have all 3 of my kids having lessons here and have done from when they first started. The staff are all very friendly, the teachers are amazing with the kids and the facilities are always clean. It can get quite noisy when busy but you get that at every pool! The kids are always excited to come for their lesson!

My daughter has been swimming here for over a year with a few different instructors and they were all fantastic. The place is a bit dated but it's super clean. I like the heating system here in the winter keeps everyone warm. They run small classes with max 4 kids per class so the learning progress was pretty fast. My daughter recently received the Victorian Water Safety Certificate which was quite exciting. Highly recommend!

Great place for swimming lessons for all ages. They allow make-ups and last a year, not ones that have to be used in a week. This is great for families who do shared custody. Great pool. The change rooms could use some love, but still perfectly usable, just need better ventilation.

We’ve been going to Healthways Ringwood with the grandkids since they were babies. The venue is well run and small ensuring less noise and distractions especially for younger children. Classes sizes are small and all levels well catered. Thanks to Cecilia for her patience over the years and Cassie on the desk for her help with swapping classes.
