What really stood out to me was their strong focus on discipline and correct training. Their intention is to build well-rounded, confident, and skilled students. The training regime is well structured, with clear attendance expectations and regular assessments that genuinely help upskill the kids. Everything feels purposeful rather than random. The senseis are excellent, knowledgeable, patient, and firm in the right way. You can see they truly care about the children’s growth, both in taekwondo and in character. A great school for kids who want to learn properly and develop discipline along the way.

A caring, engaged school that puts the student's training, growth and self-discipline first. My daughter has been with the school for 4 years, and has loved being part of the dojo. Sure there are days when the thought of doing a push up or training, at the end of school day, is a bit yuk, but she comes back every time feeling great about being at training. It's taught her that she can do hard things, that trying is key and that a bad day can be shaken off after training. The admin at the school is responsive, they provide excellent information and guidance about what is expected and what the progression looks likes. The payment , managing classes is pretty seamless and you feel like you are talking to humans, not an algorithms- a bonus!

Highly recommend HDMA to anyone looking to take up TKD for themselves or their kids. My daughter & I are long term member & both enjoy training here together. The instructors here are amazing, encouraging, and with skills of international standards. Our morning adult class are fun & dynamic. Its a family-oriented club where everyone feels welcome, supported and included. It's more than just a martial arts school, it feels like a family. This is where we've developed life long friendship that goes beyond the training mat.

Excellent teaching. All instructors put great effort to develop both children and adults. Been with the program for my 2 boys for over 3.5 years. Fully recommend the club.
