Totally amazing. Staff are brilliant, make you feel like everyone matters. My grandson absolutely loved the routines they have in place. The activity and discipline is really good for my grandson. Totally recommend this gym.

This facility has amazing coaches! it is such a nice club with so many friendly people. Children just love it here, it is such a friendly and healthy environment. It is the best place to go and learn Gymnastics while also having a lot of fun! There is a lot of different types of gymnastics to do here. It is not always about just training and competitions, here we also hold parties and school groups. There is also a lot of opportunities to have fun, in activities such as fun nights, workshops, etc. At HGA there is always someone to lend a helping hand. At competitions so many people turn up to cheer for each other and we are always the most cheerful club! I encourage people to join this club, it is a fantastic way to learn gymnastics!!!

My son went here with his school just recently. The female instructor was rude and openly bullied some of the kids, when questioned by my son why she was discriminating against him she said" I picked on you because you didn't do it properly" she also said " don't call me miss, call me coach" in a rude condescending tone.

Good facility, nice staff BUT this business has very inflexible/not family-friendly cancellation policies which makes it really difficult to justify sending my daughter there as a struggling full time mum. My daughter injured her arm and ended up in emergency, nothing broken but told to rest it, in a sling etc.. I called gymnastics to let them know she couldn't come for probably 1 week and was told I still had to pay even if I had a medical certificate and would have to pay for the next 2 weeks if she misses those too-so it has to be more than 3 weeks off with a medical certificate to not have to pay for missed classes! And no option for catch up classes. So if my daughter misses another 2 weeks (even with a medical certificate) I will be out of pocket $105 (3 x $35 a lesson) just for 1 term. Very disappointing and not family-friendly policy.
