Holdfast Taekwondo in Hove, SA offers WT/Kukkiwon-style taekwondo classes for ages 3 to adult. Classes run Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4pm during South Australian school terms at Holdfast Bay Community Center. Free trial classes are available. No booking required once registered.

Had a great lesson with Master Meggie! She was able to meet all my children at their own level of understanding and skill (2, 5, and 7). She was encouraging, guiding them with her words that to be strong they needed to stand strong. Can't wait for next week!
My son's participation in his first class today was completely uncharacteristic and jaw dropping to me... I'm moved to tears. He never participates! He has always been an observer, usually filled with anxiety of making a mistake or being embarrassed. Meggie made him feel welcome and safe, so he was able to join in and feel confident for the first time in a very long time. We're so lucky to have you teaching!! ❤
