Honour Martial Arts truly lives up to its name. It’s a welcoming gym with incredible members and even better coaches. The culture is humble and supportive, with everyone helping each other grow regardless of experience level. It creates a real “iron sharpens iron” environment. I’m grateful to be starting from zero and soaking up everything I can.

I did a few trial classes at some other gyms but as soon as I stepped foot in Honour HQ, spoke to Vinh and met the other coaches, I immediately felt welcomed & apart of the community and because of that I purchased a 6 month membership that night. I've been training there ever since and have loved every class. Can't speak more highly of Honour and the community there.

Moving from Toronto, Canada, I was looking for a Muay Thai gym that reflected the culture I valued back home: humble, skilled, supportive, and a space where people can express themselves freely. I first heard about Honour through some of its members while training elsewhere during their temporary closure. Even in those short interactions, their attitude and approach stood out. When Honour reopened, I took a trial class and signed up immediately. The classes are structured with purpose, progressing from fight-style drills and pad work to dedicated clinch sessions. Clinch is fundamental in Muay Thai, and having focused time to develop it properly strengthened both my confidence and technical understanding. What stands out most, however, is the environment. Asking for help is encouraged, and feedback is given openly and respectfully. As I complete my university degree in sports science, Vinh has also been generous with his time, sitting with my ideas and helping me refine them into something practical and applicable. Training here has reinforced discipline. I travel an hour each way, yet I make the effort to attend consistently. Even with assignments, work, and university commitments, this gym remains a constant. It grounds me and keeps me focused. Thank you to Vinh, Simon, and all the coaches for helping me grow not only as a martial artist, but as a person.

If you are looking for a gym to level up your martial arts AND have fun doing it, you are in the right place. I've been training here for 4 years and I'm still learning new things. Crazy
